I think the problem is more that she denied it and tried to cover it up, all the while calling other Canadians 'literal nazis'!!! AND she is Canada's foreign minister.

Of course we could all find bad guys in our family histories. Most of us just don't go looking or keep quiet if we know our grandfather's were jerks or worse. Pretty sure one of mine was horrifically abusive but everyone who could have confirmed it is already dead. Also I don't have any motive to lie about it, nor do I have any conflicts of interest about it.
