It did look really nice but it was super heavy and then I started seeing all those videos about how pathetically not durable it is to any sort of fall and breaks like nothing, and I do probably drop my phone like once a month, it happens, even if it's just off my bed.
I was also just really annoyed by many things:
-the very specific spot you have to swipe to see your notifications that is a little annoying to reach with a case on, instead of just swiping down from anywhere on your home screen
-Complete lack of back gesture when the OS could really really use it. Something so simple that Android just does so perfectly
-the giant space above the notification center is really just in the way
-no way to quick reply from notifications or mark things as read from the notification (just clears it out without marking as read)
-the app switcher menu is so simple that it lacks so much function that android uses it for
-the home screen is chaotic like why does the app library not have a way to just show everything alphabetically when Mac OS has that with the Launchpad?
-no digital lights for selfies in 2023? Snapchat has this even
-no Chromecast support, like why, they literally work with Google for other things so ???
-again it's heavy my hand hurts holding it
-no emulators to take advantage of the powerful chip
The camera was nice but not that nice.
I ended up going back today and ordering a Galaxy S23+ which ended up having a deal for $800 off
