"Worst ever rapist" doesn't make sense, the Bong Breaker raped men in triple digits, that clearly takes some skill. He's definely one of the best ones out there. Worst rapist would be someone who gets caught before he even manages to finish raping anyone. Would we call that someone "best rapist" because the spot of "worst rapist" is taken by a man with triple digit body count? I think not.
