BicycleBen@seansayswords The point here is that there is no "providing a parking space". It's a pre-1920s village terraced house, likely owner-occupied (speculating though) where at some point the small front yard has been surfaced in an attempt to provide a parking space. That space is not suitable for anything more than the smallest of cars, but the current resident has decided that they can still store a car that is too large. That is on them and them alone.
