I find it ironic that a company that paid me to do a write up about how competitive pay is the #1 predictor of employee retention and satisfaction just denied me a raise because "your pay is already above the network average," even though I looked at the numbers myself and my pay is in fact 75% BELOW the network average.
Hate to sound like a Karen but I replied asking that my request be forwarded to a supervisor. Pay me or lose me.
