@e i'm not in your head so i don't know what kind of advice it's giving you, what i think you should do is shove it back into your conscious so it doesn't manifest as a seperate entity, if one comes through, the rest might follow and your brain will become a fucking cacophonic mess, it all has to be centralized in your head, the one time centralization is better
