@nerkles im well aware. I think about it alot. Whatever the accessibility improvements of e-bikes are (imo they are seriously oversold) that does not change the argument that the current e-bike market is pushing way way more unsustainable short lived landfill-destined e-bikes onto the market (mostly to people wjo do not need an e-bike) and there is less and less production of practicle and affordale longlasting sustainable bikes (for riders of any pedaling ability). on top of that, i've seen very little bleed over of e-bike tech and enthusiam into improving various e-mobility tech in general. Accessibility is not the priority of the big e-bike companies and the shops and companies pushing them.
I'm happy to speak about accessibility and e-bikes but please don't assume it's not something i keep in mind, because it's actually something i think about a lot!
