I rarely read more than a few paragraphs of articles like this. Then I skip through looking at the paragraph heaings and skimming a few sentences.
I read this one word-for-word. It should be required reading both for military senior officers and for Congresspeople. The bad decisions made for the wrong reasons because of people's bias based on ignorance and career ambition eclipse the decision to launch Challenger.
