@unabomber You're forgetting the crapload of combustibles that the towers were full of that the burning jet fuel lit up, which made the steel that held up the floors nice and bendy - leading to an eventual collapse after >1h.

There's a chance that Bush did 9/11, but it was really the design that resulted in an uncontrolled fire causing a crash.

The towers were designed to take a plane without collapsing and both indeed did, too bad both weren't designed to handle an uncontrolled blaze.
