@persagen I wish people would stop referring to the far right as being somehow "populists". They are not. They are "fake populists". Genuine populism has its roots in 1890's Kansas in an early alliance of radical farmers and the early labour movement They called for the nationalization of the banks and the railroads among other things. The FAKE POPULISTS of the right use the culture war to rally the working class in support of a ruling class agenda. There is a difference.
