Yeah. Here's a tip 'journalists' ... the WTF feeling every normal human being has towards this problem solving approach is why so many people quit their job. I cannot see myself ever becoming so intellectually lazy or simply evil to write a text where I correctly identify the culprit and then give the victim tips to solve this crap.
