I can't imagine why anyone would smile about this, especially after I went through surgery for breast cancer.
The pain and limitations the surgery has on your strength doesn't seem to come into play for these women.
And neither does the fact that if they are predisposed to certain breast cancers, it'll likely show up in unexpected places like their spine etc.
The proponents make the argument that mental health trumps physical health, but it's not either or.
