Treebird v0.3 is Released!

In an attempt to refactor components to use Perl, development has stalled on the trunk branch and switched to the perlify branch for now.

• Multithreading and asynchronous Curl
• Improved JS File picker
• Fixed issues setting config options
• Fixed regex related issues
• Updated Solarized theme
