This is Nidaros cathedral in Trondheim, Norway. It's the burial place of Olav Haraldsson, a national monument, and arguably the spiritual centre of Christian Norway.

Now, the beautiful thing about this building is, nobody has a fucking clue who owns it. The Norwegian state doesn't know. The Norwegian church doesn't know. Trondheim municipality doesn't know. Nobody's claiming it, it's just standing there, being used for church stuff and sometimes state stuff.
