People like to pooh-pooh the idea of Africans having good food, but this is REALLY good. Ethiopia was a big trade hub area for a long time with its proximity to Europe, Asia minor, and the rest of Africa. Their foods are basically fusions of Middle Eastern, Greek, and African.
