@grey is correct: in an effort to stop targeted scraping of a handful of accounts, I had to kill a couple of URLs. I don't know who was doing the scraping, but there are apparently some organizations that do that kind of thing, like ACCollective and this guy that is funded by the German government: https://prototypefund.de/en/project/hatespeech-tracker/ . You can obviously still interact with these people like normal because we are doing that. You just can't trawl their posts using FSE. If Germans are so jealous of our freedom, they will have to use someone else's server to try to take it away.
