@paula @maija honestly i really dont call ppl normies much just moreso that idk what else to call them here. Not to mention most of them are just not the type of person to be on fedi for better or worse. Most people are actually "normies" even we are to some extent. Its not a poison or a curse but like if we are forced to partake in society, when we partake in society that makes us considered "normal" for the most part even if we arent normal. If normies are everyday people in a lot of cases we are just as normal, everyday as they are. Sure most of them wont know channer lingo or fedi bs but they dont have to. If was able to get an opportunity to somehow never hear about twitter ever again id probably take that shit in a heartbeat tbh.... Every little community has their in crowd and an out crowd. The cool ppl vs the "normies" per se. But in the grand scheme of things most of us are just two sides of the same coin at best for better or worse. People who are normies can become one of us and those who were can regress and move on more or less becoming a "normie" again.
