Here's my prediction of the facts at trial:
> The baby's head got stuck in the vaginal canal, no fault of doctor.
> Doctor performs c-section to pull baby out feet first.
> Doctor discovers baby is already dead.
> Doctor can't get baby out because she can't dislodge the head.
> Doctor decides it's best to server head and push it put of the vaginal canal from the inside of the incision.
> It was an emergency situation since patient was open. Consent is implied.
> Doctor tells them that they baby died.
> Doctor has fear of a malpractice claim and acts like an idiot by trying to cover it up despite no malpractice.
