I think all group meetings should be done like an unprogrammed Quaker service where everyone is silent unless they feel compelled by God to speak, and then there is a few minutes of silent reflection afterwards. even in a secular context I think everyone should act as though speech is sacred and only speak if they feel like what they have to say can be sanctified
