    There is an understandable but wrongheaded aversion to sports among American partisans like, I have a few guesses as to why that revolve around a borderline contrarian self and social identity rooted in all the shitassery of sports as is in the US ecosystem but...

    You got your physical activity, you got your tactical and strategic decision making, you got your comraderie with teammates, like its not any mystery why sports fans are on about the attendant benefits, its just, well, they go overboard and dont put things in proper place
