I find the amount of discretion we give DAs troublesome. We act like it's normal, but at some point, where DAs are letting niggers walk while nailing every middle-class white guy to a cross, you have to question the constitutionality of the exercise. Unfortunately, they're typically immune from suit, and statistics cannot be used to show discrimination.
