I kind of don’t love that this can be done through executive order because it suggests that the inverse (a declaration that men are women) can be done by executive order, also. Nonetheless, here we have it: only women are women in Oklahhoma!
FYI, the author of the article is incorrect. The Women’s Bill of Rights does not say that sex or gender is “assigned at birth.” Fortunately, she (maybe – “Jennifer,” anyway) links to the actual executive order in the second paragraph, so you can read it.
