@chjara@meow.tuxcrafting.online the real explanation is that everything has a magnetic force even if it's not magnetic, a strong enough magnet that is sensitive enough can detect minor fluctuations in the magnetic field. This is called paramagnetic resonance. It's basically counting how many electrons are in a certain spot depending on how much the magnetic field changes.
