This is a continuation of the fundraising efforts I have been pursuing for the past 6 months while I continue to fight my way through my medical disability until I am well enough to seek and find work again.
I am receiving disability benefits through my insurance from my former job, but it is only enough to pay my major, most critical bills such as rent and utilities. I am currently applying for Federal/state disability benefits that will be able to hold me over until I can either find work or apply for full Social Security/Medicare in 3 years. Until that happens, though, I am appealing to the kindness of strangers to keep me going.
My main expenses, other than rent and utilities, are my monthly medical premium of $580 which allows me to retain my medical benefits from my former job, as well as other minor bills, and purchasing food supplies for the month.
As always, I appreciate and thank everyone who has and will continue to help me make it though this period. Thank you kindly.
