On top of that we have regular business to attend to, passengers elsewhere to get out of danger. I had probably one of the most stressful nights of my life recently, as we remotely co-ordinated a way out of a very sticky situation for someone stuck in a middle eastern country.
That passenger is now safe, and eventually we'll find a way out for them. The worst bit of all this is that it's so often a waiting game, as getting them out often relies on the confluence of things beyond our control.
