@Gargron thank you Eugen. That makes a lot of sense. I remember how the follow function on Twitter was abused by pornographic accounts to get attention. That was quite annoying.

However, the current error message is not accurate then. Could a solution be to add a "Read more" link to the message?

Alternatively, I believe updating the error message to explain the exact rule would be helpful.
