@francisscottkey @coolboymew @francisscottkey It's not "might not loan (give a mortgage)", they won't. Under 100k and you will have a hard time getting one. Under 50k will be very, very difficult to find a lender that won't charge 18%+ interest. I know someone who was forced to buy his house with cash because no broker would give him a $90k loan. In fact, most lenders have minimums at $150k and $200k.
