    You know when people describe someone as “(somewhere) on the spectrum”…

    Guys, that really makes me cringe!

    Do they think it’s more polite than saying #autistic? AUTISTIC IS NOT AN INSULT.

    Or do they not want to say autistic because they don’t really believe it’s autism, they just want to imply it as a joke, or an insult? AUTISTIC IS NOT A JOKE OR AN INSULT. IF YOU THINK IT IS, THEN *THAT* IS AN INSULT.
