I'm guessing that she's no crazier - drugs or not - than the miles and miles of "tent people" occupying the corners of every city in the nation right now.

She was arrested, so maybe we'll find something out.

I cannot imagine how many drugs it would require to make me go out on the freeway buck naked, with a loaded pistol, and take pot shots at people.
