I’m unclear on the specific meaning of “neutral,” “vetting,” and “attesting to” in this context. Are they suggesting that recommender systems for user-generated content are an exposure? That •moderation• of user posts is an exposure? That exercising editorial discretion of •first-party• content is an exposure for e.g. a news site?
