    Can anyone recommend any instances that are:
    * Ok with NSFW images/nudity
    * Have a large character limit (preferably >= 1000)
    * Trans positive

    Alternatively, I'd also be interested in recommendations for software to run a single user instance myself

    I want to make an account for documenting my upcoming Penile Preservation Vaginoplasty (PPV) surgery and recovery as a few people have done before, but a 500 character limit feels like it might be frustrating
