I’m a firm believer that tech can’t singlehandedly solve social / cultural problems.

I’m also a firm believer that tech is an important part of systemic feedback loops, that UX shapes behavior and culture in surprising ways, and that sometimes small tech changes can help •mitigate• social problems.

So…maybe keep new users off the instance’s local timeline until they have >N followers…?
