No, that is an extreme example, but it is pretty in line with my experience. There is like freak level of ugly and just ugly ugly. When you are freak levels women will treat you like a pet and be nice because they want other people to see them as noble and above such petty shit like appearences.

When you are just ugly ugly they don't see you as a person. At best you get someone that will politely talk with you through the meal and then at the end of the night inform you that they are not interested in progressing things any further. Those are my favorite, since you can at least enjoy a meal and discussion with another human being.
