@chjara @kaia @Moon @ageha Is conversion therapy not wrong? Most of what he's talking about is that: child mutilation and abuse to force a child to fit a gender mold decided by the parent. It's similar to "beating the gay out of your kid". It's fucked up and wrong and illegal.

Transitioning surgery does not help trans people, in fact on average it hurts them. This was decided by Johns Hopkins. It increases suicide rate and frequently the trans person ends up regretting and wanting to de-transition, or kills themselves. Vulnerable people are lured and groomed into a huge life decision that they usually regret.

No part of that says that "trans people suck" or that it's "evil" to be trans.
