@badbede I'm not good at favorites, but right now I'm reading God is Red, a collection of interviews with #Chinese Christians by now-exiled dissident Liao Yiwu. The outsider's perspective is fascinating.

Here's a passage that made me laugh out loud. The police showed up when he and a filmmaker came to interview an elderly pastor. The family claimed they were not media, just friends who were going to talk about #Christianity.

And the cop goes, basically, "Oh yeah? What #Christian topics were you going to discuss, then?"

And you just can't give a Christian an opening like that, because: 😂
