It is a #PublicDomain federated communications server, that provides a feature rich #ActivityPub and #Nomad (#AccountPortability) communication node.
There is streams.hubzilla.social. There are others around but under different branding, since Streams does allow a server admin to change the branding. As far as branding is concerned, Streams is a whitelabel #Fediverse software. So, once you install it, you have the option to rename it to your liking.
I can't recall where to find other Streams-based servers, but I've come across some of them a few months ago with a different branding.
It's a very exciting project.
