@mastodonmigration Yeah, but in practical terms you have to have the resources (esp $$$) to enforce any action on them, to give that any real teeth. They’re so massive and well funded. Is that a real concern for them? They get fined snounts that are chump change and have a revolving door to Congress to deliver their well practiced oh gosh we’re so sorry speeches.

I operate from the position that they’ll do exactly what they please. As long as they gave access to info then it’s gone.
