@clacke I do see that, however would much prefer a push to become the leader of (also financially incentivize) localized production and distribution rather than the toll booth to other countries using/mfg their own developed technology.

We aren't going to significantly make a global impact buy seeing who can write the biggest checks and trying to be the country to cash them.

Localized energy production & distribution should if at all possible include the equipment necessary. #IMHO
