@nukie take for instance (and this started pre-musk) twitter increasingly reg-walling stuff. Basically just places making things more convoluted or requiring you to be logged in more and more to do anything. Or places that go out of their way to hide a simple login prompt while having a signup form front and center.

Everything to increase "clicks" (interaction/engagement) and people having to log in.
