This will likely be the last breaking change we make to the BETA, and it's necessary so we can support 10 in the long term.</p><p>- For accessibility reasons, a couple of programs in base gained support for the informal no-color.org standard.</p><p>- NetBSD make (known as "bmake" elsewhere, or just "make" on FreeBSD) performance improvements!
