The present experience that I am having with my cell phone provider is a prima facie reason not to trust #corporations to fix shit that they broke. All I wanted to do was change the cc that I had on file. They said it was changed, backpedaled said there was a problem, backpedaled again. If they charge the old card, I'll have a negative balance. They're going to owe me a 35.00 service credit in return for that.
