@efraim @klardotsh even after it's fully bootstrapped, #fennel needs the Lua VM at runtime, no way to get around that

the compiler is written in itself but uses an old version of the pre-self-hosted compiler to bootstrap

(it does work when bootstrapping Lua from tcc but the way I tried it still required glibc so not quite as minimal as I was hoping)
