All you have to do is post them on your Mastodon account as normal. People on Pixelfed can follow Mastodon accounts, and people on Mastodon can follow Pixelfed accounts.

For example, @Iancylkowski is a Pixelfed account but you can see and interact with it entirely from within Mastodon. From your point of view it will look like a Mastodon account, but to see what an account really looks like on its own server, look at its original page: https://fedi.tips/what-are-original-pages-in-mastodon/
