There used to be lots of sites that did this, but unfortunately Musk's API shutdown that destroyed third party apps also destroyed the tools that helped people find Twitter friends :(

All I can suggest is trying to find out your Twitter friends' account addresses on here, as they are the most reliable way of following someone.
