If elements like pay decent livable, even better than just livable wages, share the wealth, social safety nets, affordable health care, pensions so you don’t have to work till you drop, and big time caps on individual wealth plowed back to society it might work. However the problem is people, temptation, corruption and virtually any economic system you want to choose.
