I saw my GP on Thursday. I gave him the ultrasound results.

He prescribed me lots of meds and physiotherapy. It's gonna take weeks to recover if I'm lucky enough, but can take up to months. Until the end of the physiotherapy, sport is strictly forbidden. I'm really sad and depressed for karate...

And I still can't move my head, even just a little bit. It's been two weeks already so that's definitely not good...
