@kura @dogo i suspect its the router which has issues and handout wrong dhcp leases which could be in relation to a isp malfunction rn or literally anything...
so if disabling helps, i rather recommend you to ask someone for help than trying to fix it by yourself, since i get the feeling that you are not able to fix it yourself
