I meant the climate in this part is a lot cooler and less humid than in Colombo for example. My place is situated close to a paddy field and a few small water streams. This makes the air even more pleasant. We experience extreme heat for a short period, 2 - 3 weeks each year. But that too can be dealt without a fan or AC.
