@Zealist @victor @TornadoOfTerror When I was in grade school all of our work had to be handed in in cursive except for long papers, which had to be typewritten. If your penmanship was illegible, you simply failed. Children with limited intellects or behavior problems were encouraged to drop out and go to a vocational school. Now federal and state funding is tied to the daily attendance and graduation rates of niggers, so everyone is passed no matter what. There's no incentive to actually teach anything.
