@KennyWhitePowers @greyfox46 @Darmy67 @Neigh-Sayer @justnormalkorean this is 100% true, and i was thinking about why, and my only conclusion i could come to was that commercial growing operations tend to harvest all their crops early and let them ripen in transit or gas them to ripen them, where as you the home gardener, tends to watch your crops and only pull them when they're properly ripe.
